The Trainer
Dr. Raghu Puttaiah, a Public Health Dentist, completed an MPH and Residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB 1988-1992) and was the first recipient of the prestigious Johnson & Johnson Medical Inc. Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Infectious Disease Control in Dentistry Award (UTHSC-SA Dental School (1993-1996)). In 2019, he retired as a Tenured Professor from Texas A&M College of Dentistry, Dallas, Texas, USA(2019). He has presented CDE and Lectures at over 400 venues worldwide in dental safety. He is a well published scholar and researcher. He crafted the Dental Safety Standards for India which was released by the Hon. Prime Minister of India (2008). Dr. Puttaiah has been an invited speaker on dental infection control and safety in the United States, India, Mexico, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Russia, Italy, Jamaica, China, Lebanon, and the Middle East. He served on the university, local, state, national and international committees. He has developed comprehensive programs on Dental Infection Control, OSHA and HIPAA that are currently being offered as a live-moderated courses on Zoom and has developed Self-Paced programs for online training, for Individuals and dental teams/clinics in the United States. He has served as the Scientific Director of the International College of Dentists for ICD’s Dental Safety Programs. He is the owner of DentalCinicSafety LLC which is a nationwide AGD PACE provider He has inspected and trained over 1000 clinics nationwide. (He is speech disabled).

I am a dental hygienist and my company, CE Approved, is a continuing education concierge company. My expertise is providing solutions and support in all aspects of continuing education in the dental industry. I work with dental speakers who want to get their course or courses approved. Bernardino Octavio Elizondo DDS MAGD
B. Octavio Elizondo is a native of the Rio Grande Valley who has devoted his life to serving his community with high-quality dental care, treating his patients with care, compassion, and honesty. He’s known for his friendly bedside manner, his gentle and painless treatments, and his excellent health care. He headed to Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Science in 1993. While there, he was a steadfast member of the Corps of Cadets Company K2 and of Ross Volunteer Company. He headed to the UTHealth Sciences Center School of Dentistry in San Antonio, graduating with honors in 1998 and ready to begin his career. Dr. Elizondo is loved by his patients at Howdy Dental for his compassionate care and conservative approach. With a commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Elizondo has completed more than 1,700 hours of continuing education in just the past 24 months. During this time, he has focused on implant dentistry and orthodontics, among other specialties, taking Master Surgical Implant Courses and completing comprehensive and intermediate courses offered by the American Orthodontic Society. On top of that, he has completed Academy of General Dentistry Master Track courses with the Academy of General Dentistry in Texas, Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin, earning an MAGD. He is also a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics. When he’s not pursuing his passion of helping his patients, Dr. Elizondo loves spending time at his cattle ranch, where he raises registered Brahman and Red Brangus cattle, whom he shows at livestock shows. He loves to run, and also loves to fish and participate in other outdoor activities. He also loves to travel, and he’s thrilled that his two daughters are currently attending his own alma mater, Texas A&M. Anil K. Reddy, DDS, MPH, MSND, RCSEd
Dr. Reddy received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He further pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery and master’s in public health degrees from Columbia University in New York. He has a certificate in pediatric dentistry from Howard University in Washington D.C. He is a member of Special Needs dentistry at the prestigious Royal college of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is board certified in pediatric dentistry. He is a clinical professor at the Texas A &M university college of dentistry in Dallas. As a faculty member in the post graduate pediatric dentistry program at Baylor College of dentistry in Dallas in 1996, he was nominated for the best teacher award. He operates two practices located in Coppell and Sunnyvale specializing in dental treatment of children and special needs patients. He served as the assistant director of dentistry at the famous Texas Scottish Rite hospital in Dallas. He has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Dentists in America numerous times. He was also named as Texas Super Dentist on multiple occasions by the Texas Monthly magazine. He is an inductee into Omicron, Kappa, Upsilon dental honor society. He has lectured in numerous locations and published articles in the areas of pediatric dentistry and special needs dentistry. He is married and has two adult daughters.
Ashok Kota, BDS, DDS, MS.
Dr. Kota is a Surgical Prosthodontist, trained in India and USA. He did his AEGD in Eastman Institute for Oral Health, Rochester, NY and did his Prosthodontic specialty in SUNY, UB Buffalo, NY Now, with over two decades of experience, Dr. Kota has opened his own office specializing in Implant Prosthodontics.
